- Nickel Ore used PT AJSI is low grade nickel ore known as limonite and blended ore is result of mixing between limonite and saprolite (high-grade nickel ore.)
- PT AJSI using steam power plant with a capacity of 100 MW is made from raw coal with a calorific value 5500 cal / kg. The power plant is used to meet the electricity needs for processing plants and utilities which are in or around the plant.
- Smelter used PT AJSI is a system of RK - EF to process nickel ore into High Grade-Nickel Pig Iron. Product produced by the processing plant owned by AJSI is 120,000 TPA HG- NPI with Ni content of 11%.
- 800,000 TPA Slag generated by the furnace in the processing plant will be processed using slag technology atomizing system to produce Iron granular.
